Cancellation and returns

This page explains your right to cancel a purchase from Revive, and how withdrawing a sell or consignment offer works.

These pages describe how Revive sells and delivers laptops today. Where a point is not settled yet, it says so instead of guessing; if one of those points matters to your purchase, ask us before you order.

This is the formal legal record for the seller. For day-to-day questions about your order, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us — see our contact page.

Your 14-day cancellation right

When an Israeli consumer buys from Revive at a distance — that is, without the buyer and seller meeting face to face, such as an order placed through the online storefront — the consumer has a 14-day cancellation right under Israeli consumer-protection law.

To exercise this right, contact us at the legal contact email above, or reach out via WhatsApp through our contact page.

Not settled yet: The exact refund timing, the condition the item must be returned in, any permitted deductions (for example, for diminished value caused by use beyond what is needed to check the item), and any statutory exceptions to the 14-day right are not settled yet. If this matters to your purchase, ask us before you order.

Sellers: withdrawing an offer or an unsold/rejected return

This section covers a customer who has submitted a Sell Now offer or listed a device on consignment and wants to withdraw it, or whose device is unsold or rejected on inspection and is being returned — not a customer buying from Revive under the section above.

These situations are governed separately by the applicable Sell Now or Consignment terms of sale.

Not settled yet: The exact notice period, storage arrangements (including any free or paid storage window), and any fees that may apply to a withdrawal, an unsold return, or an inspection-rejected return are not settled yet. If this matters to you, ask us before you proceed.

Pre-contract cancellation information

Because the seller identified above is a UK trader, Revive itself may owe the buyer a separate pre-contract cancellation-information disclosure, distinct from the Israeli 14-day right described above. At minimum, such a disclosure would need to state that a right to cancel exists, the deadline by which it must be exercised, and the procedure for exercising it.

Not settled yet: The exact wording required for that disclosure, and whether a model cancellation form must also be offered to the buyer, are not settled yet, pending confirmation of which jurisdiction's cancellation-information regime — Israeli, UK, or both — applies to this cross-border sale. If this matters to your purchase, ask us before you order.

What happens after you cancel

Once a cancellation is validly made under your 14-day right, we must issue a refund.

Not settled yet: The timing of that refund and the method by which it is paid (for example, the original payment method or a bank transfer) are not settled yet. If this matters to you, ask us before you order.
